What is a Health Coach?

Well, it's a little bit like having your own personal health & wellness cheerleader! The main goal of a health coach is to guide clients in their journey to their best self. Your goals are within reach when you ask for help from a coach, whether you are having a hard time sleeping, you're stressed out, or even if you are just looking for a little boost of energy during your work days.

A coach can:

  • Create a safe space for clients to explore their health.

  • Facilitate behaviors and life changes that can be sustained for the long term.

  • Help clients discover which foods and lifestyle choices help them feel best.

  • Take a holistic approach to the health of their clients, not just focusing on the nutrition or fitness aspects, but all aspects of their well-being.

Your health coach will play a pivotal role in your overall healthcare team, guiding you to make the choices that make you feel best. They can fill a void that your doctor may not even know that their practice has, providing guidance and helping their patients meet their weight loss and health goals.
